Refund policy

If you encounter problems with your order after delivery contact our order desk wholesale@peqish.com/ 604-681-3999.

Returns: Check over all products at time of delivery. Report any problems immediately (within 6 hours of receiving product). You will be required to complete our standard non-conformance form and provide representative pictures. Each situation will be evaluated and credit at our discretion.

Restocking or Returns: We are unable to re-stock items or accept returns for products at this time.

Cancellations: Any cancellations must be placed 48 hours in advance to be accepted. Please note that once an order reaches production, we do not allow you to change or cancel your order.

Refunds will be applied at our discretion after evaluating your concerns.
